This quaint place makes me smile when looking back at these photos.
Located in the quiet streets of Hawai’i, BAR MAZE, is a small but mighty space, covered in a light wood from floor to ceiling and lighting that sets the mood or moon if you look closely. Maybe that was the first sign of saying their food is out of this world.
It is a coursed setting, and each plate told a story. From the cracked dinosaur egg bowl that was perfectly accompanied with an egg white, foam drink. To the seamless and explained service. It all worked together to truly create an experience that made us feel like the only people in the room.

One of the great delicacies of Hawai’i is its shaved ice. Not sure how BAR MAZE did it (shaved the ice duh), but seriously, it was sweet and salty caramelly glaze, then BAM, disintegrated into this burst of flavor. Need I describe more?
Looking for a spot where it is fine dining but just enough to where you are not intimidated to laugh and enjoy the lively conversation with each other and the waitress? BAR MĀZE
