TOKYO MEETS mIAMI - tHE FINE DINING PROJECT

Given the shell of a 1950s Chase Bank located in the Art-Deco jungle of Miami, what a sentence, we were tasked to design a fine-dining restaurant. To develop this concept myself and my classmate, Brianna C. questioned what opportunities were being missed and what opportunities did the area already have that we could use within our project? Asian-cuisine was missing from the consumer market but we also noticed the amount of storefronts offered during the day such as food and shopping offering another market we could tap into. We then developed our concept, The Daijabu Market, inspired by the eating style and the busy streets of two major cities, bringing a bustling, upscale experience to the way we dine.
